Scouting Report: Stephen Williams, WR, Toledo

While many of you have not heard of Toledo wide-out Stephen Williams, there is no doubt the 6'5" 210 pound receiver has the size and talent to be a draft day sleeper. Williams was a unranked prospect coming out of high school, perfect for a little school like Toledo to pick him up.
Strengths

Great height at 6'5"
Enough speed to separate (Runs a mid 4.4 40 time)
Soft hands
38 inch vertical leap
Runs clean routes
Catches the ball at it's highest point
Uses his height and athleticism well
Has a knack for making incredible catches
Doesn't give up after the ball is caught
Strong player
Played in a NFL type offense (single back set or a zone blocking scheme)
Good production, had HUGE games.

Weaknesses

Small hands (9.1 inches)
Not a lot of touchdowns for his size
Puts to much flare on some catches
Is not great when jammed at the line
Didn't play that great against talented schools, Ohio State in particular
